Report unruly NFL fan behavior by text message

Bruce Schneier's blog informs us that as of today 29 of the 32 NFL teams have systems in place to allow people in the stadium to alert security if a fan is behaving in a highly unruly fashion.  This seems like a good idea, right?  You can alert security without making it obvious (which would tend to escalate the hostility).  Which 3 teams don't have this system?  New Orleans, St. Louis and Tennessee.

Oh well, as they say, maybe next year...
