The subprime mess explained (in Powerpoint)

You can never be sure that you've completely understood something until you've seen a Powerpoint explanation. And so, for those of you still wondering how the subprime mess came about, check this out.

That powerpoint is both educational and entertaining. Excellent find. After spending an entire semester on issues concerning "hot money," I feel somewhat frustrated. I understand the subprime fiasco better after 5 minutes with that powerpoint, than I did reading more than 100 pages from law journals and the WSJ.

Thanks.
