Yeah, brother I (sort of) feel your pain...

Reading this article reminds me to feel completely grateful for having switched to Apple computers.  I feel really sorry for the people who haven't switched yet, especially the poor souls who really don't know much about computers and just want them to work without a lot of tinkering.
