What if legislatures used wikis?

It seems like a far-fetched idea.  And yet it actually happened in Utah, and led to the passage of a law on school vouchers.

I have never before seen a false argument fade so fast as whenPoliticopia shed some light on the issue. We then were able tofocus on the real policy and philosophical issues in play.
