New Orleans Culture - Post-K

Apparently, New Orleans is not only leaking a lot of water but also some of its vital musical culture.  According to this Chicago Tribune article, many of the great musicians who have moved away aren't coming back.  This is true for many obvious reasons such as lack of housing and because they're making more money in their new locales.
