Navigate telephone rat maze hell

Gethuman.com is a brilliant website.  They will accept customer input about the service they receive from their company's phone service.  They also have this handy page on how to navigate the rat maze that companies use when you call them.  Next time, don't put up with the crap.  Navigate to www.gethuman.com.
