Choosing to be optimistic

Scott Adams calls himself 'an optimist with cynical tendencies.'  His explanation of the value of being optimistic is worth mulling over.

I like what he has to say.

I tend to think of it as the glass is 3/4 full, which makes me an optimist with a vision problem.
