Tale of two government websites

Both Jefferson and Orleans Parishes were severely affected by Katrina and the ensuing floods.  New Orleans was harder hit, but they both have many residents who need updated information.  Note the difference between the Jefferson Parish website and the one run by the City of New Orleans.  One is obviously better at providing information, or that's how it seems to me.
