Finding loved ones - Some recommendations

My friend A.J. Levy has a good suggestion about the many requests that people have for finding loved  ones.  Here is his suggestion:

There are probably at least a dozen "Where is . . ." and "I'm safe" lists. Obviously, people have to go to all this boards to check for someone. Could you use your fame to get all of these to consolidate into one "Where is" and one "I'm Safe" listing?

For instance Craig's list has one set of each, Nola.com has another, CNN has one.

I agree that the best thing is to have one place.  But it looks like we have three so I would recommend that people post on each of these three sites and that we don't start any new ones.

I've seen several others. The Houston Chronicle has one. There is im-ok.org. There are others that I can't even remember anymore.

I've been thinking of you & your family. I hope everyone is ok. I am in Houston, and if anyone that you know - family or friend - needs anything here, please feel free to contact me. I will be happy to do anything I can to help.
