Another good New Orleans blog to read

I should have posted this earlier.  There is a great local blog (that I sometimes post to) called New Orleans Metblog.  There are about 6 or 7 bloggers who post to that blog and you can get some great personal information there.  I'm off to Kansas City to drop off my friend Becky, but I'll be checking email when I can and trying to get a cellphone that can receive calls soon.

If any of you are trying to reach someone who has a cellphone with a 504 area code you might be able to reach them by sending a text message.  That's the only way to reach me on my phone.  Unfortunately, not a lot of people know how to use the text messaging feature on their phone (and some phones don't support text messaging, although most do).
