Anyone can annotate this opinion

Kevin Heller has posted Capitol Records v. Naxos to a wiki page. For those of you who don't know what a 'wiki' is, basically it's a blog/webpage that anyone can edit.  The obvious question is: couldn't someone just delete the whole thing?  Yes, but the wiki preserves all former states of the document so all we'd have to do is restore the version prior to deletion.  Kevin's experiment is designed to show that opinions posted in this fashion could be annotated by anyone. 

Don't naysay this concept without trying to understand it.  Go visit the page and familiarize yourself with the wiki concept, and if you have views on the opinion (preferably legal observations) then feel free to annotate the page.
