Come to New Orleans for a perspective changing visit

Ted Stevens, a Republican senator from Alaska, was among the early voices questioning why the rest of the country should spend so much to rebuild New Orleans.  Looks like changed his mind after visiting here: "I have never seen devastation like I saw in New Orleans. Miles after miles of destroyed homes of ordinary people. Not just damaged, not there," Stevens said.  News Link.
