Blue roof Christmas village condemned

I reported earlier on the little Christmas village at the local mall that had blue roofs on the houses.  The display also featured abandonded refrigerators and a rescue victim suspended from a helicopter. This was a nice touch of humor and everyone seemed to appreciate it.  Well, strike that.  Apparently, not everyone appreciated it. 

Off-beat Christmas humor?  Bah, humbug!
