Now this is unusual expert testimony

You just know this is going to show up on CSI one day. We've seen the forensics experts testifying about fingerprints, fabric hairs, and DNA. But now, for the first time, we've got an expert testifying in a murder case about matching duct tape. And you would know more about these cutting edge issues involving expert testimony if you'd read the Daubert blog (aka 'Blog 702').
