Cellphone snipers?

Okay, it was bad enough when the threat matrix for cellphone users included the possibilty of igniting a fire at the gas station. But the notion that a sniper could zero in on your position with special cellphone tracking software and then 'flush you out' into the open for the kill shot is just too bizarre to even contemplate.
