What's wrong with our political system? - Ask a musician

My good friend (and guitar teacher) Chris Cortez is one of those guys whom I really admire. He is a consumate musician and music producer, but he also really cares about 'doing what's right.' Last night when I went for my weekly guitar lesson we wound up talking about our political system and our news media (both of which, we agreed, need overhauling).
