Don't leave your Blackberry where someone can find it

Courtney Love apparently left her Blackberry in a restaurant, and it wound up in the hands of the press. And they found some bizarre stuff that then got publicized. Question: is publicizing someone's private E-mail ethical? Or legal?. Putting aside those thorny questions, if you read what she wrote you have to conclude that one thing is certain. Courtney Love is a Hall-of-Fame Flake.
