Weekly Law Blog Roundup

Legal Fiction is an interesting new law blog that promises "an unconventional look at law, politics, and culture from a Southern non-Federalist Society law clerk."

Ben Lloyd, whose dad is a lawyer, wrote to alert me to a great law blog about electronic discovery called www.discoveryresources.org and it looks like one to bookmark.

Lastly, my old friend A.J. Levy has revived his weblog called Out of the Box Lawyering, which deals with unusual solutions to thorny legal problems.
