TechTV's Leo Laporte using TypePad

J.D. Lasica reports that TechTV's Leo Laporte is using TypePad for his weblog (he switched from Movable Type). I've been telling people how easy and powerful TypePad is, and this another important signal. Those of you who don't watch TechTV have no idea what I'm talking about, do you? Well, let's just say he knows a lot about technology and he only uses the best stuff.

Only techno-nerd computer geeks know who Leo LaPorte is. The height of techno-nurdiness is to own Leo's 2003 Technology Almanac. Say, doesn't TypePad have smilie faces?
