Oh my God, now they're claiming a trademark on the Number 22!

Calm down everyone, and go read Marty Schwimmer's post. Yes, you can trademark a number, and no that doesn't mean that you will have to pay someone every time you count to twenty-five. Oh, and Kevin has some observations as well.
