20 Questions for Judge Posner

Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Seventh Circuit is a well-respected and admired judge, and after reading the 20 questions interview conducted by Howard Bashman I can see why.

A "judicial pragmatist," eh? Makes sense to me. I think we need more judicial pragmatists, or at least more judges who are as articulate and plain speaking as Judge Posner. Of course, there's also the obvious fact that he's really smart, which is helpful.
