Newsweek Article - Lawsuit Hell

The current Newsweek is featuring articles about our Litigation culture. This 'pull-quote' says it all: "A man broke his leg in an Arizona softball tournament and sued the city. Fearing he was next, an organizer cancelled it."

Some believe the authors have a thesis that they will hold even in the face of contrary facts.
