Debate over Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Here's another debate about federal judicial nominations, this one out in California. Steve Bainbridge objects to mischaracterizations about Justice Brown and offers some commentary that he believes "will probably ensure my disqualification from the federal bench or, perhaps a more likely possibility (albeit still slim), the SEC."

Well if the man is going to offer self-immolating commentary like that the least you could do is go read it.
