Just to point out - the you're separating law into two categories, but katrina & new orleans only has one - they about equal at 40% each. Keep up the law!

Ernie, keep up all of the above! I've always thought of you as a lawyer who is lucky enough to live in N'Awlins and is now struggling, along with 100,000 other people to bring New Orleans back to what it was, with some age and scars......

I starting reading you for Katrina news because I couldn't find any better source of information about New Orleans. However, I would not expect you to stop blogging about law just because it isn't my thing. We couldn't get back to see our old neighborhoods in New Orleans until Christmas. Your words, the photographs, and some great links have been a consolation to me and my husband.

Hi Ernie- I enjoy reading all of your blogs. The Katrina coverage and photos have been excellent. I'm also interested when you post about your family and/or Panama. Our families are "sort of" connected and I have roots in Panama so it's nice to get updates :o)
